Prior to assuming her current position, Erika served as Division Manager and National Agency Operations Manager for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Her responsibilities included management of all Chicago Title and Fidelity National Title operations in the Southeast.

Erika began her title insurance career with Ticor Title in 1982. Since then she has held a variety of positions with Chicago Title, including Manager of the National Business Unit, Agency Coordinator, Georgia State Manager, Southeast Area Manager and Regional Manager.

Erika received her Master’s of Business Administration degree through Georgia State University’s Executive M.B.A. program in June 1998.
